Q. Why can't i enter the observation Hatches?
A. You need to have a post count of 10 in order to view the videos inside the hatches.
This cuts down on people taking advantage of us just to see the videos. Also do not "spam" your way to 10 posts! This includes, Double Posting, one word posts etc. We take a very dim view on spam at Lostie, and it will result in an immediate ban. There are no second chances.

Q. I have 10 posts, what do i do now?
A.You should automatically gain entry. If that's not the case, pm an admin member,and one of them will help you.

Q. Ok im inside the hatches, but i cant see anything! Just a blank box, whats going on?
A. The video is loading

Q.The video is in Windows Media Player, it won't play

Q. Its really taking long to start, the video keeps pausing and jumping, what's going on?
A. This problem is nothing to do with Lostie, or any servers. This comes down to you, your internet server provider. The hint is, Press play, then pause the video, this will allow the video to "buffer" which will prevent any jumping or pausing. The length of time the video takes to buffer depends or your ISP's connection speed. The faster your connection, the quicker buffing time!


[b]Q. The video says its encoding, come back later, what does that mean?
A. It means, the video has just been uploaded. Keep checking back, the video will be there soon for you to watch
